    • The Network is guaranteed to be available and capable of forwarding IP packets one hundred percent (100%) of the time,as averaged over a calendar month.
    • The Network is guaranteed to have an average round trip packet transit time over a calendar month of 65 Milliseconds or less. Average latency is measured as the average of 15-minute samples across the Network as taken throughout a calendar month.
    • The Network is guaranteed to have a monthly average packet loss of no greater than one percent (1%) during any calendar month.
    • The Network is guaranteed to have a monthly average network jitter delay of no greater than one (1) millisecond during any calendar month.

Servers and Configuration

  • Our server configurations are built of Enterprise Sun Servers running Solaris 10.
  • We use Mysql Enterprise Server which is the most reliable, secure and up-to-date version of the world's most popular open source database for cost-effectively delivering E-commerce, Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), and multi-terabyte Data Warehousing applications.
  • With our specialized hardware configuration we achieve over 99% uptime with software fail-over and redundant hardware configurations.
  • We use Cisco ASA pix and switches to direct our current 100Mbps of available bandwidth.
  • Every plugjam instance is backed up with on-site tapes and off-site storage synchronization.
  • We make use of server virtualization and Solaris containers to scale horizontally and serve very large installations.
